DISPOSITION: Voit RE Services sells Los Angeles area small bay for $2.44M. The Zehner | Hill Industrial Group at Voit Real Estate Services has facilitated the sale of 15172 Weststate Street in Westminster, California. The property features a 4,272 SF small bay industrial building. Mike Zehner with Voit represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Mia Real Holdings buys small bay portfolio in Gainesville, FL. Mia Real Holdings has acquired 3737 Southwest 42nd Avenue in Gainesville, Florida. The property features a 3-building small bay portfolio totaling roughly 30,000 SF. Avi Stern, Steve Sarrell, and Miles Galvin led the Mia Real Holdings deal team.

DISPOSITION: Berger Commercial Realty sells South Florida small bay for $1.35M. Berger Commercial Realty has facilitated the sale of 3034 Northeast 12th Terrace in Oakland Park, Florida. The property features a 5,867 SF warehouse. Steve Hyatt with Berger Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: GLD Commercial leases small bay space in Cedar Rapids, IA. GLD Commercial has facilitated the leasing of 4,200 SF at 3321 J Street Southwest, #3 and #4, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Erica Seelman and Jenn Sexton led the GLD Commercial deal team in the transaction.

FINANCING: M&T originates $32.3M acquisition loan for Indianapolis small bay portfolio. M&T Realty Capital Corp. has facilitated a life company acquisition loan for 17 small bay industrial buildings totaling 331,585 SF. Robert Kelly and Phil Kotcamp with M&T originated the participation mortgage with Protective Life Insurance Co.

FUNDING: Lincoln Property Co. announces $280M cornerstone close of Logistics Fund II. Lincoln Property Co. has announced the cornerstone close of its Lincoln Logistics Fund II, targeting multi-tenant and last-mile investments across the country. The Lincoln team includes David Binswanger and Gary Kobus, along with Chuck Davis of majority owner Stone Point Capital.
