DISPOSITION: Commercial Properties sells Phoenix small bay park for $51.5M. The Leroy Breinholt Team at Commercial Properties Inc./CORFAC Intl. has facilitated the sale of Tailwinds at Gateway, located at 8017-8121 East Pecos Road in Mesa, Arizona. The 10-building multi-tenant property is 100% leased and totals 172,244 SF. The seller was Jeff Arnold, and the buyer was McCarthy Cook & Co., led by Edward Cook. The Commercial Properties deal team included Cory Breinholt, Cory Sposi, David Bean, and Kelli Jelinek.

DISPOSITION: Neil Walter Co. sells flex facility in Tacoma metro area for $2.6M. Neil Walter Co. has facilitated the sale of 6005-6105 20th Street East in Fife, Washington. The property features an industrial building totaling 7,653 SF. Nicholas Ratzke and Briana Hickey with Neil Walter Co. represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: SLJ Co. sells small bay park in Fort Worth, TX. SLJ Co. has facilitated the sale of New Hope Industrial Park, located at 4760 Kennedale New Hope Road in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features 4 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 24,800 SF, as well as plenty of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) space. Ty Underwood with SLJ represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Faropoint buys midbay warehouse in Columbus, OH. Faropoint has acquired 6951 Alan Schwarzwalder Street in Columbus, Ohio. The property features a 60,000 SF warehouse/manufacturing facility. The Faropoint deal team included Kiefer Price, Matthew Bernstein, Joe Shea, and Ahmed Chapsi. Zach Rines and Ben Johnson with Colliers represented Faropoint in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Metz Industrial leases midbay warehouse in Carteret, NJ. The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. has facilitated the leasing of 1100 Milik Street in Carteret, New Jersey. The property features a 50,000 SF building. Jordan Metz, Benito Abbate, and James Friel with Metz Industrial represented both the owner and the tenant in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases small bay facility in Reno, NV metro area. The CBRE Industrial Service team has facilitated the leasing of 25,000 SF at 958 United Circle in Sparks, Nevada. Garrett Shutt with CBRE represented the landlord in the transaction.
