ACQUISITION: Silverman Group buys small bay park in Sarasota, FL for $30.4M. The Silverman Group has acquired Airport Commerce Center, located at 7602 15th Street East in Sarasota, Florida. The property features 8 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 186,675 SF. Suites range from 1,177-12,283 SF and are fully leased to 48 tenants. Rick Brugge, Mike Davis, and Rick Colon with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Sound Capital, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells portfolio of shallow bay assets in Houston area. CBRE has facilitated the sale of Beltway Antoine Business Park, located at 3403-3463 North Sam Houston Parkway West, along with Fairbanks Eight Business Park, located at 7220 and 7330 North Sam Houston Parkway West in Houston, Texas. The portfolio features 8 buildings totaling 563,343 SF. Nathan Wynne, Ryan Thornton, Eliza Bachhuber, Elliott Dow, and Jonathan Bryan with CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Mylar Management buys small bay park in Princeton, NJ metro for $3.3M. Mylar Management has acquired Hopewell Valley Industrial Park, located at 1613 Reed Road in Pennington, New Jersey. The property features 4 small bay buildings totaling 30,375 SF on 8.36 acres with plenty of room for industrial outdoor storage (IOS). Matthew Rusinek led the Mylar Management deal team. ACQUISITION: KBC Advisors brokers sale of shallow bay property in Houston area. KBC Advisors has facilitated the sale of 18500 Pearland Sites Road in Pearland, Texas. The multi-tenant property features 4 buildings totaling 44,735 SF. Tanner Thompson and Jim Autenreith with KBC Advisors represented the buyer in the transaction. Darren O’Conor with Partners Real Estate represented the seller.

ACQUISITION: Matthews closes sale of shallow bay warehouse in Naples, FL. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 1447 Rail Head Boulevard in Naples, Florida. The property features a 15,500 SF multi-tenant warehouse. Michael Buonadonna and Harrison Auerbach led the Matthews deal team and are currently marketing the property for lease.

LEASE SIGNED: Spectrum leases small bay unit in Los Angeles. Spectrum Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the leasing of 4,320 SF of industrial space at 9641 Owensmouth Avenue in Chatsworth, California. Yair Haimoff, Connor Quan, and Daniel Hakimpour with Spectrum represented the landlord in the transaction.
