DISPOSITION: CBRE sells 12 building portfolio in DFW area. CBRE’s National Partners South Central team has brokered the sale of 12 light industrial buildings in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. The National Partners deal team included Jonathan Bryan, Randy Baird, Ryan Thornton, Nathan Wynne, Eliza Bachhuber, and Elliott Dow. The properties in the portfolio are:

• 1903, 2001, and 2115 Exchange Drive in Arlington, Texas

• 957 Heinz Way in Grand Prairie, Texas

• 1600 and 1700 Capital Avenue in Plano, Texas

• 1601 and 1701 Summit Avenue in Plano, Texas

• 3209 Wood Drive in Garland, Texas

• 2210 Saint Germain Road in Dallas, Texas

• 2301 West Commerce Street in Dallas, Texas

• 4030 Mint Way in Dallas, Texas

ACQUISITION: Oak Industrial buys Atlanta, GA area shallow bay facility. Oak Industrial Partners has acquired 771 Shallowford Road Northeast in Kennesaw, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. The property features 66,000 SF of shallow bay industrial space on 4.21 acres. Oak Industrial is led by Stuart Veal, Jim Veal, and Sara Kay Corbitt.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells small bay facility in North Fort Myers, FL. Matthews has brokered the sale of 8910-8919 North Fork Drive in North Fort Myers, Florida. The property features a total of 30,000 SF of multi-tenant industrial space. A Matthews deal team led by Hayden Bruno and Nick Watson represented both the buyer and the seller.

UPDATE: In the November 19, 2024, issue of Small Bay Daily, we mentioned CBRE’s sale of a small bay portfolio in the Minneapolis area. The portfolio included 9 buildings in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. We now know that the buyer, Big River Real Estate, paid $30.33M for the portfolio and that the seller was Gonyea Commercial Properties. Ryan Mallery led the Big River deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: Freehill completes shallow bay lease-up in San Antonio area. Freehill has leased its shallow bay development at 17263 Lookout Road in Selma, Texas, to 95%. The property features 3 multi-tenant buildings for a total of 127,500 SF. The Freehill deal team included Will Paton, Tim Horan, Alex Field, Pierce DeMarco, and Christa Sutter. A Cavender & Hill Properties team led by C. Lee Jordan facilitated the lease-up.
