NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Oracle buys Clearwater, FL small bay property for $5.8M. Oracle Equity Group has acquired 12485 44th Street North in Clearwater, Florida. The property features a 46,229 SF industrial building and traded for $125.46 psf. The Oracle deal team was led by Eli Sabbagh. The seller was Anh Nguyen.

ACQUISITION: Legacy buys Anchor Business Park in Orlando, FL area. Legacy Capital Partners has acquired 384-395 Commercial Street in Casselberry, Florida. The property features 2 small bay industrial buildings totaling 76,716 SF. The park is currently 100% leased to 13 tenants. The Legacy deal team included Jack McCunn and Jack Slater. Foundry’s Jerod Freeland is handling leasing.

ACQUISITION: Stoic buys Tallahassee, FL small bay park. Stoic Equity Partners has acquired Woodland Circle Commerce Park, located at 4770-4804 Woodlane Circle in Tallahassee, Florida. The park features 19 small bay units for a total of 48,750 SF. The Stoic deal team was led by Grant Reaves and Jeremy Friedman.

LEASE SIGNED: Stout Ventures/Overton Group lease shallow bay in Greenville, NC. Stout Ventures, in partnership with The Overton Group, has leased 811 Mumford Road, a 32,000 SF warehouse in Greenville, North Carolina, to Carolina Waterworks. Shields Bennett and Larry Lakins II with Colliers assisted in the transaction. The Overton Group deal team included Byron Aynes and Jake Viverette. Stout Ventures is led by Watson Bryant, Marc Robinson, Jimmy Adams, and Tai Cohen.

PEOPLE MOVES: Captiva hires aquisitions and asset management associate. Captiva Partners has hired Joshua Briant as a new associate. According to Managing Partner Brian Abers, Joshua will play a key role in acquisitions and asset management as the firm seeks to add to its Western U.S. industrial portfolio.
