ACQUISITION: Metal Investments buys small bay asset in Raleigh, NC, metro for $2.9M. Metal Investments has acquired 7513 Knightdale Boulevard in Knightdale, North Carolina. The property features a 23,432 SF multi-tenant small bay industrial facility anchored by Sherwin-Williams on 2.49 AC. Pearce Vogler led the Metal Investments deal team in the transaction.
ACQUISITION: Clock Tower Industrial buys industrial asset in Richmond, VA. Clock Tower Industrial has acquired 2111 Magnolia Street in Richmond, Virginia. The property features 4 buildings totaling 43,458 SF on 6.78 AC, with 2.75 AC of dedicated industrial outdoor storage (IOS). The property is fully leased to Sydnor Hydro. Clock Tower Industrial was led by Alec Ludwig and Alex Gendelman, who recently joined the team.
DISPOSITION: Flex Parks USA sells small bay park in Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. Flex Parks USA has facilitated the sale of Conveyor Business Park, located in Cleburne, Texas. The property features 3 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 33,750 SF. The Flex Parks USA deal team included Cody Payne, Austin Edelmon, Wayne Bares, and Matt Fonk.
ACQUISITION: Hunneman brokers sale of small bay asset in Nashua, NH. Hunneman has facilitated the acquisition of 4 Bud Way in Nashua, New Hampshire, by Sticks Investment Group. The property features a multi-tenant industrial building totaling 45,650 SF on 3.72 AC. Tyler Ewing with Hunneman represented Sticks in the off-market transaction, while Andrew Kaeyer arranged the financing and Jay Burns led Hunneman’s Property Management team. Andrew Robbins with Colliers represented the seller.
ACQUISITION: Oakley brokers sale of shallow bay facility in Atlanta. Oakley Real Estate Partners has facilitated the sale of 5125 GA-85 in Atlanta, Georgia. The property features 2 buildings totaling 71,186 SF on 9.4 AC. Jordan Camp, Reid Hanner, and John Stelling with Oakley represented the buyer in the transaction.
LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases small bay space in Bay Area. Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 1501 Zephyr Avenue in Hayward, California. The property features a 14,000 SF industrial building. Garrett Dunn, Chris Stauber, and John Lagomarsino with Colliers represented the landlord, Link Logistics, in the transaction. Kevin Lazzini and Zach Schmidt led the Link Logistics deal team.
