ACQUISITION: Hype Group sells shallow bay assets in Miami for $26.875M. The Hype Real Estate Group has facilitated the sale of 6700 Northwest 72nd Avenue and 7205 Northwest 68th Street in Miami, Florida. The portfolio features 7 industrial buildings totaling 110,522 SF. Pablo Vignolo, Brendan Schneier, and Raul Pino with Hype represented the buyer, Cofe Properties LLC, in the off-market transaction. Tony Ulloa and Marcos Macías with The Keyes Co. represented the seller, Prudence Investments.

ACQUISITION: CBRE brokers sale of small bay park in Las Vegas for $23M. The Willmore Industrial Team at CBRE has facilitated the sale of Bodega Business Park, located at 5905 and 6001 South Decatur Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada. The park features 2 multi-tenant buildings totaling 76,400 SF. Alex Stanisic, Dean Willmore, Mike Willmore, Lauren Willmore, and Kyle Kirchmeier with CBRE represented the buyer in the transaction. Jarrad Katz with MDL Group represented the seller.

ACQUISITION: Griffin Partners buys portfolio in Greensboro, NC for $20M. Griffin Partners has acquired West Friendly Business Park, located at 7341-7355 West Friendly Avenue in Greensboro, North Carolina. The property features 8 buildings totaling 129,519 SF and is currently 95.3% leased to 42 tenants. Matt Smith, Patrick Gildea, and Robert Hardaway with CBRE represented the seller, Perkins Fund LP, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Klamen Commercial sells small bay asset in St. Louis area. Klamen Commercial Advisors has facilitated the sale of 615 Rudder Road in Fenton, Missouri. The property features a 62,760 SF industrial building. Spencer Horwitz led the Klamen Commercial deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases small bay space in Nashville, TN. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 18,775 SF of warehouse and showroom space at 478 Allied Drive in Nashville, Tennessee. John Zeffery and Bryan Cahill with Lee & Associates represented the tenant, Atlanta Design Group, in the transaction. Jake Morris with Charles Hawkins Co. represented the landlord.
