DISPOSITION: The Hype Real Estate Group sells Miami shallow bay for $5.8M. The Hype Real Estate Group has facilitated the sale of 5650 Northwest 36th Avenue in Miami, Florida. The property features a 49,301 SF industrial building. Junior Ferrer, Jose Montero, and Brendan Schneier with The Hype Real Estate Group represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Stos Partners sells small bay in San Diego area for $4.45M. Stos Partners has sold 145 North Pacific Street in San Marcos, California. The property features a 9,856 SF warehouse on 1.16 acres. Jason Richards led the Stos Partners deal team. Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo, and Nick Williams with CBRE represented Stos Partners in the transaction, while Josh West with Voit Real Estate Services represented the buyer.

ACQUISITION: Unique Properties brokers $1.21M small bay sale in Denver. The Denver Infill Specialists team at Unique Properties Inc./TCN Worldwide has facilitated the sale of 1356 Jason Street in Denver, Colorado. The property features a 5,587 SF industrial building. Sam Leger and Graham Trotter with Unique Properties represented the buyer in the transaction. Steve Serenyi and Tyler Ryon with Colliers represented the seller.

ACQUISITION: Sunwest buys shallow bay park in Dallas-Fort Worth area. Sunwest Real Estate Group, along with partner AKRE Partners, has acquired North Commercial Industrial Park, located at 1000-1008 North Commercial Boulevard in Arlington, Texas. The property features a 36,000 SF industrial building. The deal illustrates Sunwest’s pivot from office buildings to shallow bay industrial space. Marc Grossfeld led the Sunwest deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases shallow bay warehouse in Nashville area. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 23,092 SF of industrial space at 1028 Louisville Highway in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. 178,923 SF of space remain available for lease. Jack Armstrong, Will Goodman, and Steve Preston with CBRE represented the landlord in the transaction with help from Davis Goodman (also with CBRE). Kelsey Johnson with JLL represented the tenant.
