ACQUISITION: Baron Properties buys 7 small bay properties in Phoenix and Las Vegas areas. Baron Properties has acquired 7 small bay properties located in the greater Phoenix and Las Vegas areas. The portfolio totals 427,040 SF and is 100% leased. The Baron deal team included Jeff Riggs, Matthew Riggs, Tommy Dirks, Elizabeth Schloss, Mitchell Albrecht, and Jon Franklin.
DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells shallow bay portfolio in DC metro area. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of Ammendale Technology Park in Beltsville, Maryland. The portfolio features 6 buildings totaling 275,270 SF and was 96% leased at closing. The buyer was Adler Real Estate Partners. Jon Carpenter, Graham Savage, Dawes Milchling, and James Check with CushWake represented the seller, Equus Capital Partners.
ACQUISITION: Hersh Equity Group buys small bay property in Cape Coral, FL, for $5.3M. Hersh Equity Group has acquired 1202 Northeast Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, Florida. The property features 2 buildings totaling 36,000 SF on 2.51 AC, and all 21 units are currently leased. The Hersh Equity Group deal team included Juda Hersh, Corey Schwartz, Jake Stauber, and Steven Ginsberg.
ACQUISITION: Metal Investments buys small bay portfolio in Atlanta metro for $3.6M. Metal Investments has acquired 3001 McCrary Court and 5116-5136 Pierce Court in Evans, Georgia. The property features 29,200 SF of industrial space and was fully occupied at closing. Pearce Vogler led the Metal investments deal team.
LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases small bay space in Dallas-Fort Worth area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 7,250 SF of industrial space at 7532 County Road 202 in Anna, Texas. Taylor Stell, Brett Lewis, and RJ Flores with Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth represented the landlord, TFBP Investors LLC. Brendan Zrowka with Whitebox Real Estate represented the tenant, Dallas Sport Collective LLC.
FINANCING: ColumbiaNational closes $14.4M refi loan for small bay property. ColumbiaNational Real Estate Finance LLC has secured a $14.4M permanent refinance loan for a small bay industrial asset. Kevin Tehan led the ColumbiaNational deal team.
