ACQUISITION: STL sells 8,760 SF small bay in South Florida for $1.8M. STL Commercial has facilitated the sale of 4619 Northwest 8th Avenue in Oakland Park, Florida. The property sold for $1.8 million, translating to a price of $205 per SF. The buyers were Dan Berger and Kobi Ben, and the seller was Asi Cabessa. The STL deal team included David Richman and Max Loria.

ACQUISITION: Matthews brokers sale of industrial portfolio in Akron, OH. Matthews RE Investment Services has brokered the sale of a small bay industrial portfolio in Akron, Ohio. The portfolio includes 2 properties tenanted by J.W. Didado Electric: 1033 Kelly Avenue and 1240 Triplett Boulevard, for a total of 95,403 SF on 13.24 acres. ACQUISITION: Stonelake buys small bay portfolio in Phoenix, AZ. Stonelake Capital Partners has acquired a portfolio composed of 2 small bay industrial buildings in Phoenix, Arizona: 22200 North 7th Avenue (34,248 SF) and 21605 North Central Avenue (45,782 SF). The portfolio totals 80,030 SF on 10 acres. Cushman & Wakefield’s Phil Haenel, Will Strong, Foster Bundy, and Katie Repine represented both buyer and seller. Trevor McKendry and Chris Rogers with DAUM assisted in the deal.

ACQUISITION: TB3 RE Holdings buys small bay in Miami metro area for $2.6M. Thomas Baldwin of TB3 RE Holdings has acquired 59 Southwest 12th Avenue Unit 102 in Dania Beach, Florida. The property features a 6,040 small bay facility. Samantha Scalzo with S&S Global represented TB3 Holdings, while Shevaun Gandy with United Realty Group represented the seller, FF ONE.

LEASE SIGNED: L&A leases small bay facility in Southern California. Lee & Associates has facilitated the lease of 42612 Avenida Alvarado in Temecula, California. The site features a 17,329 SF small bay facility. The L&A deal team of Nicholas Zolferino, Ryan Earnhart, and Connor Strode represented the landlord. Kelli Jones and Kelly Adair with Associa Equity Management & Realty Services supplied the tenant.

LEASE SIGNED: Ceramics Pro leases small bay in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Ceramics Pro has leased 15 Northwest 9th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The property features an industrial building with a total area of 4,114 SF. Daniel Alexander Ellis represented the unnamed landlord in the transaction. Krysten Naranjo with BrokerNation Real Estate and Herson Richiez with Bridgestone Realty assisted with the deal.
