ACQUISITION: The Geneva Group buys shallow bay facility in Atlanta metro for $5.1M. The Geneva Group has acquired 1129-1199 Willingham Drive in East Point, Georgia. The property features 85,777 SF of shallow bay industrial space. The Geneva Group deal team included Jarred Elmar, Aaron Goldberg, Jarad Scher, and John Cirignano. Brendan Schneier and Matthew Martinez with The Hype Real Estate Group facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Insite Properties buys small bay portfolio in Greenville, SC. Insite Properties has acquired Pelham @ Hyland, located at 7001 Pelham Road in Greenville, South Carolina. The portfolio features 4 buildings totaling 120,000 SF. Insite plans to undertake a capital improvement program for the property, including adding additional dock and roll-up doors, as well as new signage and parking lot upgrades. The Insite deal team included Jonathan Douglas and Bart Murr.

ACQUISITION: CRE Capital Management buys industrial building in Suwanee, GA, for $3.95M. CRE Capital Management has acquired 4250 Brogdon Exchange in Suwanee, Georgia. The property features a fully leased 27,500 SF multi-tenant industrial building. Abhi Acharya led the CRE Capital Management deal team in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Dunbar, Long Wharf buy industrial asset in Inland Empire. Dunbar Real Estate Investment Management, in partnership with Long Wharf Capital, has acquired 1260 South Dupont Avenue in Ontario, California. The property features a 27,801 SF single-tenant industrial building, along with 4.64 AC of paved and secured yard. The Dunbar deal team included Colby Smith, Rick Knight, and Zach Lucas. ACQUISITION: Thematic Capital Group buys small bay asset in Vero Beach, FL. Thematic Capital Group (TCG) has acquired 6040 Old Dixie Highway in Vero Beach, Florida. The property features a 15,00 SF industrial building and is fully leased to QXO Inc. Benji Howard led the TCG deal team, which was represented by Gregory Carett with Smith-CRE.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases small bay space in Fort Myers, FL. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 7,175 SF of industrial space at 16200 Parallel Drive in Fort Myers, Florida. The CBRE deal team was led by Derek Bornhorst and Adam Bornhorst.
