ACQUISITION: BKM, Kayne Anderson buy 4-property portfolio in Orlando, FL for $103M. BKM, in partnership with Kayne Anderson, has acquired a portfolio of 4 light-industrial properties in the Central Orlando market. The portfolio features 7 buildings with 22 units totaling 543,000 SF. Brett Turner and Max Stone led the BKM Capital Partners deal team. Rick Brugge with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction. The properties in the portfolio are:

• 4600-4680 LB McLeod Road — 3 buildings, 208,000 SF

• 3600 Vineland Road — 1 building, 117,000 SF

• 3785-3831 Bryn Mawr Street — 2 buildings, 121,000 SF

• 4500 Seaboard Road - 1 building, 97,000 SF

DISPOSITION: Marcus & Millichap sells Florida small bay portfolio for $26M. The Mandel Group at Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 722 17th Street East in Palmetto and 6130 and 6152 15th Street East in Bradenton, Florida. The portfolio features 77 units totaling 161,570 SF. Douglas Mandel, Zach Levine, Cody Hershey, and James Defusto with Marcus & Millichap represented the sellers, Yale Fraser Properties and JDI Realty. The Yale Fraser deal team included Nicholas Yale and Simone Fraser. The JDI deal team was led by Sam Sherman and AJ Greenberg.

ACQUISITION: CushWake brokers sale of Boston area portfolio to Longpoint, Investcorp JV. Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of an 8-building shallow bay industrial portfolio in the Greater Boston area. The portfolio totals 373,081 SF. The CushWake deal team included Tony Coskren, Brian Pinch, Ben Coleman, Daniel Hincks, Gary Gabriel, Kyle Schmidt, Seth Zuidema, Adam Pastor, and Derek Siadak. The properties in the portfolio are:

• 45 Oak Street and 23-25 Bridle Lane in Westborough

• 128-148 Bartlett Street in Marlborough

• 120 Constitution Boulevard in Franklin

• 52 York Avenue in Randolph

• 28 Torrice Drive in Woburn

• 10 Liberty Way in Franklin

ACQUISITION: Obsidian Group buys small bay facility in Minneapolis metro. Obsidian Group has acquired 3103 103rd Lane Northeast in Blaine, Minnesota. The property features a 22,002 SF industrial building that the firm plans to convert back to multi-tenant. The Obsidian Group deal team included Daniel Kurkowski, Ethan Finger, Jessica Houlihan, and Brad Heitzinger. Andrew Bates with Bridgewater Bank provided financing for the acquisition.

ACQUISITION: ErvoSquare buys shallow bay asset in Denver. ErvoSquare has acquired 1400 East 66th Avenue in Denver, Colorado. The property features a 58,000 SF industrial facility. Drew McManus, Bryan Fry, Ryan Searle, Shannon McBroom, and Ruthie Ryan with Cushman & Wakefield represented ErvoSquare in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases small bay space on Long Island, NY. Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 19,650 SF of industrial space at 7 Aerial Way in Syosset, New York. Jason Maietta, Tommy Rosati, Brandon Lichtenstein, Justin Maiorano, and Steven Sessa with Colliers represented the tenant in the transaction.
