ACQUISITION: CenterSquare buys infill industrial portfolio in Dallas metro area. CenterSquare has acquired The Belt Line Portfolio, a collection of essential service industrial buildings located along North and South Belt Line Road in Irving, Texas. The portfolio totals 181,609 SF, with an average suite size of 3,561 SF. Victoria Bocanegra and Peter Banfe led the CenterSquare deal team. Jeff Jackson and Chase Miller with NAI Robert Lynn facilitated the off-market transaction.

ACQUISITION: NAI Excel brokers sale of small bay industrial campus in El Paso, TX. NAI Excel has facilitated the sale of 11601 Pellicano Drive in El Paso, Texas. The property features 5 buildings totaling 81,460 SF and is 100% occupied by 65 tenants. Jorge Rodriguez and Ernest Brown with NAI Excel represented the buyer in the off-market transaction. Melanie Jones with Stewart Title of El Paso assisted in the deal.

ACQUISITION: WareSpace enters Bay Area with South San Francisco acquisition. WareSpace has acquired 161 Starlite Street in San Francisco, California. This is the company’s first acquisition in the Bay Area. The property features a 60,000 SF warehouse that WareSpace plans to reposition as a multi-tenant facility with more than 80 micro-bay units. The WareSpace deal team included Levi Cohen, Jeff Jenkins, Joseph Ely, Jeffrey Giese, TJ Cameron, Austin Riel, and Sam Schiffman. Carla Scimemi with Kidder Mathews facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: LevRose CRE sells flex-industrial asset in Phoenix for $2,848,000. LevRose Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 3749 East Atlanta Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 10,750 SF flex-industrial building. Matt Leonard with LevRose represented the seller in the transaction.

LEASES SIGNED: Lober leases multiple small bay spaces in Tampa Bay area. Lober Real Estate has facilitated several leases totaling 84,995 SF across the Tampa Bay region of Florida. Alec Seow, Devin Beeler, and Robbie Lober with Lober represented the landlord, BaySpace, in the transactions. The properties are:

LEASE SIGNED: PMZ Real Estate leases micro-bay space in Modesto, CA. PMZ Real Estate has facilitated the leasing of 1,500 SF of industrial space at 1511 Lone Palm Avenue in Modesto, California. Nick Maugeri with PMZ represented both the landlord and the tenant in the 6-month lease transaction.
