FINANCING: Robert Martin and Dune secure $500M refi for NY portfolio. Robert Martin Co. and Dune Real Estate Partners have secured a loan to refinance an industrial portfolio in Westchester County in New York. The portfolio consists of 42 assets totaling 2.4M SF across 3 industrial parks: Mid-Westchester Executive Park in Hawthorne, Cross Westchester Executive Park in Elmsford, and South Westchester Executive Park in Yonkers. Peter Rotchford with JLL Capital Markets arranged the deal.

ACQUISITION: Captiva Partners buys Los Angeles area portfolio for $26.5M. Captiva Partners has acquired 23907-23947 Ventura Boulevard, 23930-23978 and 23961 Craftsman Road, and 5101-5111 and 5115 Douglas Fir Road in Calabasas, California. The portfolio totals 107,000 SF on 8.6 acres. Scott Caswell and Erica Balin with Lee & Associates LA North/Ventura represented both Captiva Partners and the sellers, Calabasas Investment Group and Craftsman Investment Group, in the transaction. Brian Abers led the Captiva Partners deal team.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells small bay portfolio in Houston. CBRE National Partners South Central has facilitated the sale of Southwest Business Park and Stonecrest Business Center, located at 11000 Stancliff Road, 10324-10415 Landsbury Drive, 10925 Kinghurst Drive, and 10804-10816 Fallstone Road, and 11000 Wilcrest Drive in Houston, Texas. The portfolio features 8 buildings totaling 242,555 SF. The CBRE deal team included Elliott Dow, Nathan Wynne, Ryan Thornton, Jonathan Bryan, and Eliza Bachhuber.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells shallow bay portfolio in West Palm Beach area. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 615-719 Whitney Avenue and 860 North 8th Street in Lantana, Florida. The portfolio includes 5 shallow bay industrial buildings. The Matthews deal team included Harrison Auerbach, Tony Anthony, and Michael Buonadonna.

ACQUISITION: Legacy Capital buys small bay industrial park in Columbus, OH. Legacy Capital Partners has acquired 2920-2940 East 14th Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. The property features 2 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 62,511 SF. The transaction marks the firm’s 1st Columbus acquisition. The Legacy Capital deal team was led by Jack McCunn and Jack Slater.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases small bay space in DFW area. Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth has facilitated the leasing of 5,286 SF at 4650 Ratliff Lane in Addison, Texas. Aaron Schulle, Trey Fricke, Reid Bassinger, and Jessica Reinhardt with L&A represented the tenant, CouchCycled, in the transaction. J.R. Griffin and Mark Miller with NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord, Simi Classics.
