DISPOSITION: Voit sells small bay park in Los Angeles area for $10.05M. Voit Real Estate Services has facilitated the sale of 1400-1430 Arrow Highway in Irwindale, California. The property features 3 buildings with 16 units totaling 51,487 SF. The buyer, Dunbar Real Estate Investment Management, plans to renovate the units to sell as individual industrial condominiums. Michael Hefner with Voit represented both the buyer and the seller, DJ CRT LLC.

DISPOSITION: Corepoint sells small bay building in Fort Myers, FL for $2M. Corepoint Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 5702 Corporation Circle in Fort Myers, Florida. The property features a 13,617 SF industrial building. The buyer was Alluvion Partners, whose deal team was led by Dean Taylor. The Corepoint deal team was led by Daniel Levin and Marc Smouha.

DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield/CBRE sell industrial park in San Antonio. Cushman & Wakefield, in partnership with CBRE, has facilitated the sale of Eisenhauer Business Park, located at 5930-6010 Eisenhauer Road in San Antonio, Texas. The property features 4 industrial buildings totaling 377,314 SF. Jeff Chiate, Will Strong, Jud Clements, and Trevor Berry with Cushman & Wakefield, along with Joe Cesta, Jonathan Bryan, and Elliott Dow with CBRE, represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Saxum and Penwood buy site for midbay project in Philly area. Saxum Real Estate and Penwood Real Estate Investment Management have acquired 203 Church Road in North Wales, Pennsylvania. The 13.37 acre site includes a 33,600 SF industrial building that the companies plan to demolish and replace with 2 buildings of 96,000 and 70,000 SF. The Saxum deal team included Stephen Feinberg, while Andrew MacDonald led the Penwood deal team. Mike Borski, Mark Pawlowski, and Kevin Flynn with The Flynn Co. represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Rising Realty Partners buys industrial facility in Denver area. Rising Realty Partners has acquired 8200-8250 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree, Colorado. The property features 71,516 SF of flex-industrial space. With this acquisition, Rising’s Denver-area holdings total 250,000 SF. The Rising deal team included Scott Hahn and John Golden. Nick Rice and T.J. Smith with Colliers facilitated the off-market transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: NAI Ohio Equities leases small bay warehouse in Columbus, OH. NAI Ohio Equities has facilitated the leasing of a 20,352 SF warehouse at 1985 Oakland Park Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. Stephen Pryor with NAI Ohio Equities represented the landlord, All Pro Overhead Door Systems, while Bastian Gehrer and Matt Gregory, also with NAI Ohio Equities, represented the tenant.
