ACQUISITION: ComReal brokers $8.875M shallow bay deal in Doral, FL. ComReal has brokered the sale of 8375 Northwest 56th Street in Doral, Florida. The property features a 21,334 SF shallow bay facility on 1.76 AC. The seller was Louisiana Machinery Co., and the buyer was Heavy Equipment Co. The ComReal deal team included Edison Vasquez, Chris Spear, and Michaela Senior.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells industrial portfolio in Atlanta, GA. Matthews RE Investment Services has brokered the sale of 4850 Massachusetts Boulevard and 1926 Hyannis Court in College Park, Georgia. The property is located adjacent to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Intl. Airport. It features 2 buildings totaling 75,500 SF on 5.88 acres. Harrison Auerbach of Matthews represented the seller.

Saxum/Meadow Partners buy New Jersey site

ACQUISITION: Meadow Partners/Saxum buy shallow bay park in NJ. Saxum RE and Meadow Partners have purchased 1 Electronics Drive in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, a suburb of Trenton. The 80,420 SF property is currently 73% listed to 3 tenants and sits on 16 acres. JLL represented the seller, BTR Capital Group, and arranged the financing for the buyer. Zimmel Associates represented Saxum and Meadow. The Meadow Partners deal team was led by Jeffrey Kaplan, while the Saxum deal team was led by Steve Feinberg.

Kidder Mathews leases Washington small bay

LEASE SIGNED: KM Industrial negotiates small bay lease in Kent, WA. Matt McLennan and Dane Dahline of Kidder Mathews industrial has negotiated a lease renewal at 22426 72nd Avenue in Kent, Washington. The property features a 9,783 SF warehouse and is located in Kent Corporate Park.

FINANCING: Emerald Creek funds $11M loan for warehouse in Chesapeake, VA. Emerald Creek Capital has provided a $10,925,000 acquisition loan for the purchase of a 142,163 SF multitenant industrial warehouse in Chesapeake, Virginia. The building is situated on an 8.3 acre parcel and is 97% leased. The Emerald Creek deal team included Christian Galanti, Matt Fantuzzi, and Zvi Waldman.
