ACQUISITION: S2 Industrial buys shallow bay industrial park in Fort Worth, TX. S2 Industrial has acquired 5721 East Rosedale Street in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features 31 industrial buildings totaling 589,022 SF. S2 plans to rename the property Panther City Industrial Park. Parker McCormack led the S2 deal team.

ACQUISITION: NorthPoint Development buys Hampton Roads, VA, area shallow bay portfolio. NorthPoint Development has acquired 6900, 6920, and 6950 Harbour View Boulevard in Suffolk, Virginia, and 2601 Indian River Road in Chesapeake, Virginia. The portfolio totals 655,852 across 4 buildings. The seller was Equus. The NorthPoint deal team included Kirk Shepard, Ryan Marshall, Dustin Camloh, and Wakeel Rahman. Pete Pittroff, Dave Andrews, Bill Prutting, and Andrew Baquero with JLL facilitated the transaction. Geoff Poston with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is currently marketing the Indian River Road property for lease.

ACQUISITION: Collektion Capital buys small bay portfolio in Atlanta metro for $8.1M. Collektion Capital has acquired 2433-2445 Hilton Way in Gainesville, Georgia. The property features 5 buildings totaling 60,837 SF of small bay industrial and 11,588 SF of self-storage space. The seller was ZRP Gainesville Storage. Dale Hersowitz and Shalini Hersowitz led the Collektion Capital deal team. Harrison Auerbach with Matthews faciltated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells light industrial portfolio in Orlando, FL. JLL has facilitated the sale of Cypress Park, located at 9500, 9535, 9603, 9777, and 9901 Satellite Boulevard in Orlando, Florida. The property features 5 buildings totaling 256,838 SF. The JLL deal team included Luis Castillo, Cody Brais, Taylor Osborne, David Orta Jr., and Mia Gian.

DISPOSITION: Ross RE Properties sells Orlando-area flex industrial for $1.7M. Ross Real Estate Properties has facilitated the sale of 34 Keyes Court in Sanford, Florida. The property features a 6,175 SF building with warehouse and office space. Michael Ross Curtin led the Ross RE Properties deal team in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases San Francisco Bay Area small bay space. Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 1500 Whipple Road in Union City, California. The property features 22,339 SF of industrial space. Greig Lagomarsino, Nick Ousman, Chris Stauber, and John Lagomarsino with Colliers represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties, in the transaction. The EastGroup deal team included John Travis and Alyssa Altosino.
