- Exchange #1: $5–$20MM | Qualified Opportunity Zone required | Shovel-ready or pre-TCO
- Exchange #2: $2–$15MM | No OZ requirement

Buy Box (High Level):
- 1031: All property types considered
- Core (Non-1031): Small-bay industrial | 30,000–200,000 SF | Infill markets | Multi-property / portfolio focus

We are Hiring:
Leasing and/or Investment Sale Brokers | Acquisitions | Underwriting. In-office preferred (Garden City, NY). Remote or hybrid arrangements considered for senior talent.
