We are co-hosting the inaugural Small Bay Summit in NYC on October 16, bringing together a curated group of the top owners, capital, and brokers who specialize in small bay and shallow bay industrial.

Who: The top owners, investors, lenders, and brokers who specialize in small bay and shallow bay. Scroll below for a list of companies who are attending.
What: One day of deep discussions on market trends, acquisition strategies, capital flows, and tenant needs. Expert panels in the morning. Open networking and available meeting space in the afternoon. Breakfast, lunch, and beverages provided.
Where: Ease1345 at 1345 Avenue of the Americas, NYC. Happy hour at The Splendid.
When: October 16, 2025. Registration and breakfast begins at 8 am. Expert panels from 9 am to 1 pm.
